New Charging Scheme for Rehearsal Rooms
	From 24th March 2008 the following shall apply:
	New charging scheme The charge for rehearsal sessions as follows: Mon - Fri - between 10:00 and 17:00 per hour £5.50 [minimum £20] Mon - Fri - 4 hour session between 19:00 and 23:00 per session £35.00 Sat & Sun - 4 hour session between 11:00 and 23:00 per session £35.00
1.	those who book in advance pay in advance;
2.	those who book multiple dates pay for the first two dates in advance and then the remaining sessions in advance eg. 3rd session is paid for at the 2nd session, 4th at the 3rd and so on;
3.	bands that want regular bookings eg. every Wednesday pay for the first two in advance and the future bookings one session in advance. eg. 3rd session is paid for at the 2nd session, 4th at the 3rd and so on;
4.	Bands that book on the day pay at the session.
	Cancellation scheme works as follows:
5.	If you need to cancel and can give more than 48 hours notice then your payment will be carried over to the next session;
6.	If you give more than 24 but less than 48 hours notice then the cancellation fee is 50% and the remainder will be carried over towards the next session;
7.	If a band gives less then 24 hours notice or none at all then the cancellation fee is 100%.
8.	If a band fails to attend a session and we don't hear within 24 hours any remaining booked sessions will become available to others. If you want to continue with booked sessions you need to be re-booked in line with 1 to 4 above.
	As always we intend to be fair and helpful but we hope you understand that we have to make at least a small profit. By far the biggest problem are bands who book but then cancel at short notice or just don't turn up. Cancelling at this late stage gives us no opportunity to offer the session to others which means we don't get any income but still have to pay the rent and rates etc. It also means that other bands are denied a rehearsal opportunity.
	Rather than increase our charges where everyone gets penalised we've decided to put in place a new policy where those at fault pay a cancellation fee that allows us to cover some of our costs.
	We will soon be able to take advanced payment on-line via our on-line booking system which we hope to have up and running soon. With this system you can see which sessions are available and book and pay for them on-line. Alternatively you can pay by cash, by cheque, bank transfer.
	We reserve the right to change this policy at any time although any sessions already booked and paid for will be honoured. Please note that a session isn't booked until its paid for.. Regards - Viv - SoundArt
