We've gone out of our way to provide a recording environment that allows you to perform at your best. The studio is situated in the peaceful Kent countryside and provides a friendly relaxing atmosphere. All you need to bring is your talent and inspiration and we'll help you produce the quality recordings your music or movie project deserves.
We have a live room, a spacious vocal/drum room, and a range of amps and instruments at your disposal. For vocals and acoustic instruments we have a quality Neumann microphone to capture every nuance of texture. For further information click the tabs above.

Whether you're a solo vocalist, in a band or an actor doing a voiceover for a documentary, recording your vocals to the level of perfection you require is probably the most difficult thing to get right. The texture and nuances, the phrasing and diction, not to mention being in key . . it's a tough job !
At SoundArt we've tried to make this as easy as possible. We have a cozy vocal recording room where the lighting, temperature and humidity can all be controlled by you so that you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible. The fold back system is right at your finger tips where you can mix your headphone levels between you and the backing music, the EQ and the amount of reverb and effects etc.
Whether you want to record a Demo CD or an Album we have a range of studio facilities at your disposal. We have a large live room and a spacious vocal/drum room.
You have complete flexibility in how you record. You can all play together but be individually recorded . . . this allows you to get that LIVE feel to your music. Or you can piece your tracks together bit by bit recording one instrument at a time. Or do a mixture of the two !
Whichever way you prefer we'll try to make it as easy as possible. The studio is fully digital and has a range of amps, microphones and instruments etc.
Our engineer/producer has wide experience recording everything from actors show reels to heavy metal rock bands, from church choirs to traditional folk.
We have a number of mobile recording units from small handheld digital and minidisc recorders through to solid-state Tascam and desktop systems. We have mixing desks for live shows with attached recording systems.
We can provide boom operators and recordists for on-set recording in addition to recording Foley sound clips for movies. We have ADR and video editing capabilities in the main studio in Doddington.

The charges below include an engineer and covers recording, setting up, mixing and mastering. We don't offer dry hire.
Discount is available for whole or multiple days. All other services are POA.
