Room Diary
each room has a diary that shows availability for the next 12 weeks.

Register to use
a simple registration form is all that is required to use the system. You have to
register so our system knows who is booking and who to contact should there be a reason to inform you of something important. We will never share your information with anyone else. All payment transactions are via the PayPal Secure Banking System.

Book a rehearsal session
once registered you just click on an 'available' session. You can book just one or as many sessions as you like - however bear in mind that you have to pay for each to complete the bookings.

Change your mind !
at any time you can sign-in and un book a session. This is in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Rewards scheme
as a way of rewarding our customers we will offer every tenth session free. As a further bonus our system will randomly pick one customer per month who will get one session free. These rewards are only available for on-line bookings.
